Welcome to Red Hook Brewery - one of those wonderful places for adult entertainment, somehow after a couple of u-turns the GPS

brought us to that place which is somewhere next to I95 near Portsmouth NH.
A Beer Tour for a Buck - This is what a call a real deal!!!
The beer tour is on every hour , but it is always a good idea to go about half an hour earlier so u can have a few beer shots for warming up


2PM doors are open and our guide is taking us to a tour inside of the brewery ...

Well... I think our guide needed a little guiding too , he obviously had a tough week of degustations , hardly keeping balance and drinking something for a Pepsi bottle suspiciously full with a liquid more looking like wine than soft drink....
But all that just helped him about the whole representation of the Brewing process

Hoops , fermentation , mastrubation , brewing , 10 000 bottles a second , bla bla bla - It all remind me to the good old days in the Professional High School where we were going on school practice at Kamenitca's beer factory in Plovdiv.... memories , memories ... I was so young and innocent at that time...

So back to the future after all that lecture we come to the real deal - the degustation ....


As a beer pro i can say that Red Hook has some very very good types of beers , but the seasonal something was the best one. Unfortunately all that afternoon degustation without eating anything led to some disorientation , dizziness or other way said i think we got drunk...

still we managed to send some beer mail on the way out ...watch out your mailboxes fellas there may be a postcard for you
