Chev Chelios is back...well he was kind of dead at the end of the Crank 1 , but in the world that he is living it is not easy to kill him.
So he is back , pissed of , angry and with artificial hearth ready to kick some asses... This time Chev's world is even more crazy and freaking .Prepare for a whole new level of kicking , speeding , talking , cursing , public fucking and a lot lot more. The first Crank movie was the best action movie that i have seen in years and the High Voltage is raising the bar to new levels , despite that at some points the story goes a little bit fantastic ... But that is Chev Chelios - he can do anything
