Birthday Announcement

August 20th .2009 - Friday night
We are looking forward to another exciting event as part of the 2009 Artist falls summer Series and look forward to welcoming you and your party to the green house . We pride ourselves on having a very helpful and friendly staff, so if you have any questions on anything, please feel free to ask.

Parking & Traffic: The parking lots open at 9:30 PM. You will not be allowed to enter the venue prior to that time. We expect a HIGH volume of traffic for this event. To be sure you do not miss the beginning of the show, please arrive as early as possible. Carpooling with 5 or more people in your car will earn you a premium parking spot in the closest fields. Tailgating is permitted although consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking areas is strictly prohibited.Please be considered that Conway Police department will conduct a soberty check point at Conway and North Conway area are this week - will be probably Friday or Saturday night , so either have designated driver or watch out for the blue lights

Doors & Show: The doors will open at 10:30 PM and the show is scheduled to start promptly at 11:00 PM. There is always a strict No Re-Entry policy in effect. You will not be allowed to leave and come back in, so please bring everything you will need for the duration of the show with you the first time you enter. Remember your ID and debit or credit card(but watch for it because it can be missing in the morning)!

Pets: Please be aware that there are no pets allowed in the venue so please leave them at home. Leaving a pet in an unattended vehicle, even with the windows open, will not be permitted.(exclusion can be make if your girl/boy friend is your pet)

Guests & Gifts: All guests will be welcomed including those who hate me and those who hate me more.Please before coming check if u have any possible restrictive orders or bench warrants - avoiding the police will be greatly appreciated.Gifts are not necessary but will be greatly welcomed .

Weather: The projected forecast is rain , rain , rain , showers - or with other words typical NH summer night

Food & Drink:There will be no free alcohol so please bring your own beer. Try to keep it as close to u because there is a great chance your drinks to disappear during the night. Underage drinking will not be tolerated .
